We’re excited to have you onboard. These guidelines are designed to help you succeed as a seller while ensuring a positive and transparent experience for customers. Please read carefully and follow these best practices to maintain your store’s reputation and comply with our policies.
Seller Account & Store Setup
- You must complete your profile with accurate personal or business details before selling.
- A trade license is required to open a corporate account. If you do not have a trade license, you must proceed with a personal account while creating a store.
- Each seller is responsible for ensuring that all information (store name, contact details, bank details, etc.) is correct and up to date.
- Sellers may create multiple accounts; however, each account must be used for a single business only.
Product Listing Guidelines
- Only genuine and authentic products are allowed. Listing counterfeit or illegal items is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban from the platform.
- Use clear product titles, detailed descriptions, accurate specifications, and high-quality images.
- Include manufacturing date, expiry date, and warranty information (if applicable).
- For quick deals, price should be unbeatable and stock information must be accurate.
- Offering competitive prices in the price comparison section will help your products attract more attention and increase visibility.
- Make sure to promptly update your prices if there are any changes on your platform to ensure accuracy and maintain customer trust.
- Ensure that all submitted coupons are valid and functioning correctly. If applicable, please include an expiry date.
- Do not list prohibited items such as weapons, drugs, expired goods, or any item that violates local laws or platform policy.
Order Management
- Process and ship orders within the promised time frame. Delayed handling may result in penalties or deactivation.
- Ensure right product and secure packaging to avoid damage during delivery.
- If you are unable to fulfill an order, cancel it promptly and notify us and the buyer.
Return & Refund Policy
- Sellers must honor the platform’s return and refund policies.
- All deliveries must allow customers the option to inspect the product before accepting it.
- Sellers are required to strictly adhere to the warranty guidelines provided at the time of sale.
- Refunds must be issued promptly once the returned item is received and verified.
Communication with Buyers
- Be polite, responsive, and helpful in all communication.
- Respond to customer queries or concerns as soon as possible.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, do not request advance payments from buyers before dispatching items. If you wish to sell products exclusively on advance payment terms, please notify us when submitting your deal. We will manage the payment process by collecting funds from buyers at purchase and releasing payment to you upon successful delivery.
Commission & Payouts
- Currently, we do not charge any commission or subscription fee. However, we may implement an affiliate commission to reward affiliates who refer sales. The commission rate will be discussed and agreed upon before a deal is published.
- For prepaid or partially paid orders, we will pay sellers weekly based on successful deliveries (Payments are made on the next week of delivery).
- For prepaid or partially prepaid orders, seller payments will be made weekly based on successful deliveries. Payments will be processed the next week after delivery.
