Welcome to the 30MinuteDeal Affiliate Program. These terms outline the rules and guidelines for individuals and businesses (“Affiliate Partners”) who wish to promote our Quick Deals and earn commissions. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Affiliate Program Overview

  • The 30MinuteDeal Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn a commission for every qualified sale made through their affiliate link.
  • Commissions will vary based on product categories and promotional campaigns.
  • We reserve the right to update commission structure at any time with or without prior notice.

Eligibility

  • To participate, you must have an active platform to promote deals (e.g., website, blog, social media, email list).
  • You must have a bKash account.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction.

Commission Structure

  • Commission rates are determined based on product categories, and the applicable affiliate commission will be clearly displayed on each individual deal page.
  • We may run promotional campaigns with higher commission rates, which will be announced in advance.
  • No commissions will be paid for canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.
  • Self-purchase is allowed.

Attribution & Tracking

  • You can create any link of the site a affiliate link.
  • Tracking is based on the “last-click” model with a 6-month cookie window. This means if a user clicks your affiliate link today and makes a purchase anytime within the next 6 months, you will receive the commission—as long as your link was the last one clicked before the purchase.
  • We do not encourage offline or manual sales system. All sales must be made through your affiliate links.
  • You are responsible for using the correct links, parameters, and coupon codes we provide.
  • While we strive to maintain accurate tracking, 30MinuteDeal is not liable for tracking failures due to browser settings, ad blockers, technical issues, or user behavior.

Payments

  • Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis. For example, commissions earned in September will be paid on the 15th of October.
  • There is no minimum payout threshold. Regardless of your balance, your full eligible commission will be paid on the scheduled date.
  • All payments are currently processed via bKash. Affiliates must ensure their bKash account details are correct and up-to-date to avoid delays.

Just get someone to visit our website once through your affiliate link — and you’ll earn commissions on any eligible purchase they make within the next 6 months.

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Make false claims, misrepresent prices, warranties, refunds, or availability.
  • Use spam, unsolicited messages, forced clicks, spyware, or browser extensions.
  • Imitate 30MinuteDeal’s website, customer support, or official communication channels.
  • Offer cashbacks, incentives, or coupons not approved by us.
  • Cloak, mask, or manipulate tracking links to mislead users.
  • Promoting through illegal, hateful, or adult content.
  • Posting affiliate links in our official Facebook group, page or any other social media accounts will result in an immediate ban.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account with or without prior notice if you violate our terms and misuse the program. Terminated affiliates forfeit any unpaid commissions

Changes to the Program

30MinuteDeal may modify commission rates, terms, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be informed of major changes via Facebook group, email or dashboard notifications.

Taxes & Compliance

  • You are responsible for any taxes, VAT, or regulatory filings applicable to your earnings.
  • Affiliates are independent partners, not employees or agents of 30MinuteDeal.
  • 30MinuteDeal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
